Traces of In a new light the past
Building on its rich legacy, 415 Flinders Lane is being restored to its former glory, designed to enhance tenants’ everyday experience. Its innovative, human-centric design with soaring ceilings and windows on four sides, achieves an office space fitting of today’s landscape and employee’s evolving behaviours.
A new glass extension will adorn the eastern façade, perfectly balancing the building's palazzo classical style, while shining a light toward the future. It achieves a strong connection with the Immigration Museum’s Tribute Garden next door and bathes the building in an abundance of natural light. Within, new common areas create spaces to spend an hour or two. These include a stunning lobby, proposed ground floor and basement hospitality offerings.
